Want to request a schedule change? No problem! But please keep the following in mind before contacting us:
As a new student, you will not be able to alter your schedule in any way on ZagWeb until your second semester. If you want to make any changes to your schedule, your major, or your minor, you must book a schedule change request meeting using the Zoom appointment booking link that was sent to your ZagMail on August 6th. You must attend your schedule change request meeting in order for us to consider your request.

Schedule change meeting requests will be accepted starting on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025.

Schedule change appointments will begin taking place over Zoom starting on Monday, August 11th, 2025.

Beginning on Monday, August 25th, all schedule change appointments will take place on a drop-in basis in person in our office in Foley 122.

The last day to Add a Course is Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025.

The last day to Drop a Course is Friday, September 5th, 2025.
We will continue accepting schedule change requests until September 5th, 2025. If you have Access or Accommodation needs for your schedule change meeting, please contact us at advise@gonzaga.edu in advance so we may make proper arrangements.
Federal Law prevents us from discussing a student’s schedule with anyone other than the student. All schedule change requests must come from the student.
If you intend to request any schedule changes:

Do NOT book any flights home for winter break until your schedule is finalized. Even a slight change can have a huge impact on your final exam schedule.

Do NOT purchase textbooks, as changes can impact multiple courses in your schedule, and therefore the books required for each.

Prepare for your meeting: Please write down your requests and any questions that you have. If you wish to add an elective course, be prepared with more than one choice, as they do fill quickly.

Practice patience. We are doing our absolute best to move through student requests efficiently without sacrificing quality. We appreciate your patience very much!
All schedule change request meetings will take place over Zoom between August 11th and August 21st, 2025. Beginning on August 25th, schedule change request meetings will take place on a drop-in basis in our office in Foley 122.
We want to give each student the time and attention necessary to feel informed and comfortable going into their first semester at Gonzaga. We will answer any questions you have and, if possible, will help you make adjustments to your schedule. Enjoy the remainder of your summer break.
