Lukins & Annis, in partnership with Gonzaga University School of Law, is proud to announce Jerilyn Pringle as the 2025 recipient of the Lukins & Annis Law, Ethics and Commerce Scholarship. This prestigious award recognizes law students who exemplify a commitment to advancing diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership within the legal profession.

Established in 2020, the scholarship honors the legacy of firm founders Gene Annis and Scott Lukins, whose careers were marked by a dedication to equity in education, housing, employment, and the law. The endowment reflects Lukins & Annis’ ongoing commitment to fostering a more inclusive legal community throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 1972, Lukins & Annis serves clients across the region with offices in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and Moses Lake.

Jerilyn Pringle becomes the sixth recipient of this scholarship and will also join the firm as a summer associate in 2026. A proud “double Zag,” Jerilyn earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, and Public Policy from Gonzaga University before continuing her legal education at Gonzaga Law School. She graduated magna cum laude and has received multiple academic honors and scholarships.

Jerilyn’s dedication to service and advocacy is evident in her work at Gonzaga’s Elder Law Clinic, where she guided clients through complex legal matters with compassion and clarity. Her commitment to becoming a trusted legal resource for her community aligns seamlessly with the values of Lukins & Annis.

The Lukins & Annis Law, Ethics and Commerce Scholarship is administered through Gonzaga Law’s Center for Law, Ethics and Commerce (CLEC). Established in 2006, CLEC provides interdisciplinary programming in business, technology, and innovation, with a focus on serving the public good.

Congratulations, Jerilyn, on this well-deserved recognition.
