Gonzaga recognizes that all documents cannot be updated into accessible formats immediately. Please prioritize your work using the priority tiers below with Tier 1 being the highest priority.

Priority Tier 1 (Top Priority):
- Class documents for courses with students requiring accommodations
- Syllabi
- Newly created documents
- Staff: documents for use external to the department - like students or other departments
- Any front-facing, publicly available documents
- Any document that gets updated
Priority Tier 2:
- Internal department documents that are presented, displayed, or sent to others electronically
- Older documents that remain in active use
Priority Tier 3:
- Borrowed documents (external to GU)
- Archived documents
