The Gonzaga Center for Lifelong Learning and the Etiquette Institute are proud to offer two dynamic pathways to elevate your professional presence and enhance your organization’s social capital. You can either earn your certificate as an Etiquette Consultant, gaining the tools and credentials to coach individuals or groups, or bring etiquette and professionalism training directly to your company, ensuring employees at all levels develop the skills to thrive. Whether you are seeking career flexibility or aiming to strengthen your organization’s internal culture, these programs offer comprehensive, hands-on learning.

Option 1: Become a Certified Etiquette Consultant

  • Gain credibility as a certified etiquette coach, helping others navigate professional settings
  • Teach etiquette and professionalism to diverse audiences, from students to executives
  • Develop a flexible and rewarding career while building your own social capital

  • Available in two formats: 1) In-person training over two days, offered four times a year, or 2) live online training.
  • Cost: $3,000/person
