Beginning Screen Printing

Beginning Screen Printing (VART 351) Introduces students to basic screen-printing technique with photo emulsion and analogic approaches. Emphasis on sensitivity to materials and individual development. Two 2-hr studios a week and assigned work.

Advanced Printmaking

Advanced Printmaking (VART 450) is comprised of individual research and studies using printmaking techniques, relief, intaglio, and monotype with a deeper approach in experimentation; emphasis on sensitivity to materials and individual development. Assigned work.

Printmaking and Comics

Printmaking and Comics (VART 349 Special Topics) introduces students to the study and creation of sequential art, character design and illustration approaches with relief and screen-printing applications.
