Become a School Psychologist
Gonzaga’s Psy.D. in School Psychology program is a doctorate level degree that prepares you to become a licensed-eligible psychologist.
Our curriculum focuses on the psychologist as a ‘scientist-practitioner’ and educates and trains you to apply the principles of psychology and education to support school-wide academic and emotional programs.
Upon graduation, you will become a licensed-eligible psychologist with the credentials to work in the following area:
- Pre-K-12 Schools
- Hospitals
- Residential Facilities
- Higher Education
- And many others
Our graduates will also have the education and training to gain licensure for private practice.
