Amy Morehouse
Originally from San Diego, CA, Amy Morehouse brings a high-energy, real-world perspective to the human-centered, problem-solving process. She teaches this course with a focus on tackling real-time organizational challenges by first taking the time to empathize with and understand the people impacted—because that’s the true game-changer. Her practical approach is shaped by her background as an Innovation Facilitator, where she successfully drove transformation both internally and throughout the community at Delta Dental of Washington, and later as a Sales Enablement Leader.
Amy proudly earned her Design Thinking Facilitation Certification from Catalyz, LLC, a premier firm specializing in human-centered design strategy. Her course equips participants with a robust toolkit and the critical mindset to “learn early to succeed sooner” through experimentation, helping them quickly align business objectives with scalable, people-focused strategies.
When she’s not immersed in design thinking, Amy can be found traveling with her partner and two dogs, singing, or enjoying a nature walk. She looks forward to guiding learners through this exciting journey.
