The Business First Year Living Learning Community (LLC) is a dynamic and collaborative residential program designed for incoming first year students passionate about leadership in business, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The Business community fosters a supportive environment where like-minded students can explore their interests in business, develop professional skills, and build lifelong connections.

	1st Year Business LLC residents can only be roommates with residents in the following LLCs: Business LLC Community for Creative Expression LLC Health Professions LLC		Linked Course Required for LLC Residents: No Linked-Course is required

• Are 1st Years pursuing degrees/majoring in Business Administration or Accounting
• Are1st Years minoring in Digital Marketing, Sustainable Business, Analytical Finance, Economics, Engineering Technologies, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, General Business, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Promotion
• Want to live in community with other Zags that would be interested in or directly studying Business related degrees
• Are 1st Years that have a passion for business and plan to incorporate business topics and knowledge in an interdisciplinary way throughout their chosen degree

Community Learning Outcomes:

1. Apply Business Knowledge and Skills
   Demonstrate an understanding of core business concepts—such as entrepreneurship, marketing, financial management, and leadership—and apply them to hands-on projects, real-world scenarios, and collaborative initiatives.
2. Develop Professional Networks and Leadership
Build meaningful connections with through a residential setting with peers, faculty, alumni, and industry professionals while enhancing essential skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making to thrive in business environments.
3. Explore Career Pathways and Set Personal Goals
   Identify diverse career opportunities in the business field, cultivate a global perspective on industry trends, and create a personal action plan to achieve academic, professional, and personal success.
