The program is designed to offer students curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities to develop knowledge and skills for leadership.
The program centers itself on three primary pillars: Knowing Self, Building Community and Impacting the World. It is our hope that, as a result of participating in the ELI program, students will feel inspired, encouraged and supported in their personal leadership journey.
