AUGUST 6 Deadline to Submit Vaccination Documentation

Dear students,

I hope you had a wonderful and restful Fourth of July holiday. Last week, Washington’s Governor issued a proclamation that only fully vaccinated campuses could return to in-person classes and operations. Thank you to everyone who has already submitted their vaccination documentation as requested in President McCulloh’s June 21 message.

Please watch this short video announcement sharing that you must submit your vaccination documentation or exemption by August 6 in order to be fully vaccinated and attend Gonzaga in the fall. The time to act is now. For example, if you wish to receive the Moderna vaccine, you will need to receive your first dose by this Friday in order to meet this deadline.

As a reminder, here is the 3-step process for uploading your status:

1. Go to our Vaccination Portal website
2. Enter your Gonzaga University login username and password
3. Follow the steps to indicate vaccination status and upload your documents (please note that verification takes approximately 5 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your status has been verified. You do not need to follow up.)
