Guidance for GU Students, Faculty and Staff
We recognize the significance of this event in the life of our university community. Please note that the University will remain in normal operation and the regular academic schedule will remain in effect. It is up to each instructor to determine whether their syllabus allows for the opportunity to offer an assignment or some other meaningful learning experience in lieu of meeting with classes scheduled at the time of the Mass or Installation Ceremony. We ask that you communicate how you plan to proceed with your students and encourage you to support students who are participating in these events. Staff will need to work with their supervisors to adjust their schedules and workload if they would like to attend.
