About Jessica Mahuron

Jessica Mahuron is currently a Defending Democracy Fellow for Western States Center. In addition, she works as a Community Engagement Advocate for Safe Passage Violence Prevention Center in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Previously, she worked as an Outreach Director for North Idaho Pride Alliance. Jessica specializes in community outreach, event planning, volunteer coordinating, and communications. In a volunteer capacity, she founded and currently acts as the lead organizer of the Civic Engagement Alliance, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to engage local citizens to create a connected community.
