Coughlin Theater stage and balcony

Rent Our Spaces

Rental and Reservation Information

Your group may rent the Coughlin Theater, Recital Hall, lobbies, or patios at the Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center for performances, private functions and company or community events.

Rental opportunities are limited due to scheduling and logistics requirements of our Presenting Series and Gonzaga University events. Although we cannot promise that specific dates will be available, we're eager to work with organizations and events in the community. We encourage you to contact us for a tour and/or contact us regarding your event by calling us at (509)-313-4776 or via email at MWPAC@gonzaga.edu.

To make a rental/reservation request, please review our Rental Rates and Information and complete the appropriate Space Request Form:

  • For individuals and organizations outside of Gonzaga University, use this Space Request Form
  • For Gonzaga University internal event requests, use this Space Request Form (form can only be accessed with a Gonzaga University email)

Please note: We cannot check dates or confirm availability until you have submitted a Space Request Form with information about your event needs.

We will contact you within ten business days of receiving your Space Request Form to let you know whether we can accommodate your event and to discuss any additional questions or details.

We will ask you to complete an Event Setup Form so that we are aware all your requirements, including technical and ticketing needs. The Event Setup Form will also enable us to complete a cost estimate for your event.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement.

For questions regarding technical specifications, please email questions to MWPAC@gonzaga.edu
