Carrie Welch Law Scholarship

The Carrie Welch Law Scholarship was established in 1990. Carrie was a wealthy Eastern Washington widow who died in 1946. As a way of leaving a lasting legacy that would help students, she set up a trust, which over the years support Gonzaga Law School, as well as many other institutions. The annual award in intended for needy and worthy law students who are from Eastern Washington State.
