Judge Marcus Kelly Memorial Scholarship

Judge Marcus Kelly, ’57 served the Spokane community for many years. The scholarship was established by his wife, Dorothy Kelly, for law students who have successfully completed their first year of law school, with a preference given to students who support families while in school.
