Applications open in early September and our traditional three-year program deadline is April 15. Applications must be fully complete by this date to ensure consideration for our next class. Any applications received after April 15 may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Applicants for our Executive, Two-Year J.D. Program need to apply by March 31.

You may check your application status here. To initially configure your portal, you will need the username and PIN provided in the email we send upon receipt of your application. If you did not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting the Admissions Office at admissions@lawschool.gonzaga.edu. When any status changes are made, you will receive an email directing you to your portal to view it. Please ensure the email and mailing address you applied with are accurate; you can make any required updates in your portal.

Review time can vary greatly depending on the time of year and on the application. The admissions committee begins reviewing applications in January. Typically, it can take anywhere between 6 and 8 weeks for a decision to be mailed but this is not a guarantee.

Merit-based scholarships are awarded based on an applicant’s complete set of materials, including your full academic record. Your application for admission is your application for merit-based scholarships. Our policy at Gonzaga Law is to award scholarships at the point of admission.

Gonzaga Law currently offers a Traditional three year J.D. track or an Executive Two-Year J.D. Program.

Gonzaga Law does NOT offer a part-time track. An enrolled student may take reduced credit loads for good cause, or based on extraordinary circumstances, but such determinations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
