Pursuant to RCW 28B.10.905, Gonzaga maintains a Hazing Prevention Committee to promote and address hazing prevention. Committee members include current students, faculty and staff members, and parents or guardians of enrolled students. Half of the committee is made of up of enrolled students, one of which is also a member of a student organization, athletic team, or living group which has not been affiliated with a hazing violation within a year of committee membership.
