The Northeast Community Center Association (NECCA) is a non-profit neighborhood organization that strives to improve the quality of life for residents of northeast Spokane, with emphasis on social, health, economic, education and recreation needs.

New Venture Lab

Gonzaga's New Venture Lab is a student run organization that works with local entrepreneurs to help develop new products and business ventures. Entrepreneurs interested in the free business consulting service provided by the New Venture Lab may apply here.

Essential Skills

The program is a unique partnership with the ZoNE Project based at the Northeast Community Center. Women completing the six-week series have the opportunity to engage in a three-week paid externship for a total of 60 hours that is supported through Work Source Spokane.  This program strives to prepare women to enter into the workforce with knowledge of career opportunities, basic business skills, and personal confidence.
