Student Financial Services includes Financial Aid, Student Accounts and Student Employment. We are dedicated to helping students and families in pursuit of their educational goals. Our Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am - 5 pm and Wednesday from 9:30 am - 5 pm. We are located in the Crosby Center, Suite 001.

- How to complete requirements needed to receive financial aid.
- How financial aid disbursement works.
- How to navigate and apply for scholarship opportunities.

Student Accounts Office
What We Do:
- Assist students with student account questions, including:
- How to view billing statements and make payments onto their account.
- How to create authorized payers, whom can view their bills and make payments onto their account.
- How to enroll in the payment plan.
- How to process third party billing.
- How to view and access Tuition Related Tax Forms (1098T and TL11A Forms)
- How to determine tuition adjustments and refunds for dropped or withdrawn courses.
- How to process funding from Washington College Savings Plans (WA 529).

Student Employment Office
What We Do:
- Assist students with student employment questions, including:
- How to view and apply for jobs they are qualified for.
- How to determine Federal and State Work Study eligibility and how to find positions on or off campus.
- How to find part time work on campus.
- How to complete the necessary requirements during the hiring process.
