In our program, you can start as a true beginner or build upon existing skills. Progress from foundational language proficiency in lower-division courses to advanced upper-division studies in literature, film, culture, and specialized language topics. Our flexible placement ensures that you start at the most suitable level, and our equivalency process supports your study abroad ambitions.
